Wednesday – Saturday Jan 22nd – 25th from 7:00 – 11:00 AM
REGISTRATION PRICING for all 5 days: Wednesday – Sunday
Early Bird Registration: November 1 to December 1, 2024 = only $50.00, a savings opportunity for this year only.
Advance Registration from December 1 – 31, 2024 = $65
January Registration = $75.
REFUND POLICY for Registration and Events
By December 1, 2024 – 100% refund
By December 31, 2024 – 75% refund
During January 2025 – no refunds, sorry (because your fees for bus, catering, registration processing, badging, etc. will have already been paid)
ONCE REGISTRATION OPENS
Before you click the “Register Here” button below:
- Go to the Field Trips, Keynotes and Presentations tabs to read the full event descriptions. Make a list of all the events you want to attend.
- Go back to this REGISTRATION Tab.
- Click the Register Here button below. You will automatically be transferred to our digital registration software “Cvent”.
- Enter your contact information and your t-shirt preorder.
- Select the events you wish to attend. If an event is already full, you may opt to join the waiting list.
- Proceed to checkout and review your selection list. Follow the prompts to check out by credit card. Just before you complete your registration, you will have the opportunity to double-check and add or remove sessions.
- As soon as your payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation. Save this email and your CONFIRMATION NUMBER so you can make changes later if desired. Even if your decisions are rock solid, you will want this ability if any trips or speakers are unexpectedly cancelled due to weather, etc.
Tip: In your confirmation, you will see an option to add your selections to your calendar. If you select this, a link back to the full description of your events including the time, location, etc. will appear on your calendar. This is useful!
- If you want to make any changes after you have completed your registration, follow the directions in your confirmation email, using your account log-in information and confirmation number.
